	Mentoring In this phase, our consultant will work as a mentor on your team by assisting the developers with their questions and providing help in ways of developing. The mentor usually takes on a lead role in the group such as Project Lead or Architect, or the mentor could just be a producing developer with the responsibility of training your staff.
